Bluetooth and LED Modules
There is no refund for Bluetooth Adapters, Bluetooth Modules, Bluetooth Eval kit and LED modules. All above products will be replaced if the units are deemed defective.
There is no Refund for special customer cables
All Other Products carry 30 Days Money back warranty. If you are not happy for any reason,you may return the product to us for a refund or replacement. All products has to returned in good original package, No Marking, No Tap, No additional Labels. If you need to return a product, please call ZBA, Inc. for an RMA number at 908-359-2070 . Products must be returned in the original packaging. A restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if the merchandise, documentation or packing material has been damaged or is not resellable as new. Freight charges are not refundable.

It shall not apply to any product which has been repaired or altered unless done or approved by ZBA, Inc. Which has not been maintained in accordance with any operating or handling instructions supplied by ZBA, Inc. ,Which has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, abuse, power shortage, negligence or accident or , which has been used other than in accordance with the product operating and handling instructions. Preventative maintenance is the responsibility of the customer and is not covered under this warranty. During these warranty periods, there is no charge for repairs of defective materials. It is required that you obtain an RMA number before sending in any product. For your convenience, ZBA, Inc. offers online generation (24 hrs./7 days per week) of your RMA number. Simply go to http://www.zbausa.com/rmarequest and follow the instructions. You will be contacted via e-mail within 24 hrs. with your return authorization number. Be sure to list the serial numbers and a detailed problem description for each item. ZBA, Inc. will charge a service fee for unauthorized returns and if the product being sent in is not defective. Please call prior to any return: 908-359-2070 and ask for Technical Support. Every effort will be made to complete repairs within 48 hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to ZBA Inc. There will be no charge for return shipping (UPS Ground). ZBA, Inc. will charge for express shipping. Extended Warranty Packages are available on all ZBA, Inc. products. Charges vary based on volume installation. Contact your sales representative for additional information.
